Florida has become the epicenter in the U.S. with 21,683 new cases of COVID-19 reported on July 31, 2021. New face mask mandates are in place, and who is to blame??? The CDC and/or the unvaccinated? What about the upcoming school year for school districts? Even the theme parks such as Disney and Universal are impacted once again.
